Cons: Horrible company that charges you absurd amounts for damages that you have not made, even after you provide proof of not having made those damages.

Cons: They charged me for a scratch I did not make, and that I couldn’t contest as I left the country already. Thumbs down!

Pros: Staff in moventur were extremly unplesant and service was horible. Car was light mile away fr what we booked, not even close to be seminar, booked suv got van. Never again.

Cons: La signorina al banco allude a problemi in caso di incidente se non si stipula assicurazione con loro. Signorina al banco ha dato info scorrette su giorni restituziome caparra. Non sono state rispettate finora le condizioni di contratto sui depositi cauzionali, auto non aveva danni come da loro mail, ma non è arrivata in poche ore (sono passati 5 giorni!!!) la mail di sblocco del deposito cauzionale, ancora in loro possesso, senza giustificato motivo. Domani cbiameremo sede legale

Cons: Ho riconsegnato a Moventur il veicolo noleggiato il 17.7 prima dell’ora indicata, ho fatto il pieno, pulito la macchina all’esterno, non ho fatto nessun grafio ne preso multe. Malgrado ciò, la mia carta di credito è stata debitata di 40€ alcuni minuti dopo la riconsegna senza alcuna spiegazione o chiarificazione da parta della Moventur. Questo è totalmente innacettabile e non mancherò di portare il caso presso Discovercars.

Cons: The desk staff charged extra as we got there a few mins past 11. I had advised them via email my flight was delayed. I was told it would not be an issue. They then charged extra for arriving late - unacceptable and then didn’t do a walk thru of the car and I have now been charged 300 euro for damages I did not cause.

Pros: When we picked up the car at the Olbia airport there were no problems. Staff was very nice and helpful. We left the car at the airport out of work hours with no problems, you just leave the keys in the box. I got my deposti money 850€ back in a week.

Pros: Fairly smooth rental and staff were polite and the car was very good quality. Value was good, which was surprising since everything else in Sardinia costs a fortune.

Cons: They did try to sell us additional insurance even though we took out full cover through discovery cars, but they weren't pushy. However, they insisted we had to bring the car back in the state we got it, which included washing and cleaning out the inside. We had to find a car wash and vacuum the inside of the car otherwise there might be a cleaning charge. I wouldn't rent from them again because of this.

Pros: The ease of the pickup - the person we dealt with was awesome and she made sure we were covered!

Cons: I found the agent to be a bit rude when I went in with the paperwork for what I had requested online. Was told the cost was higher than I had been quoted and that insurance was not included as I had requested so that increased the cost tremendously.

Pros: they were super professional and helpful. About the previous provider DINAMIKA RENT, not helpful at all, they left us out an dry and waiting for an hour without even trying to make a phone call to fix and help.

Pros: Service rapide, agents à l’accueil très gentils et efficaces. Voiture neuve à prix dérisoire. J’imagine que l’expérience dépend fortement de l’heure d’arrivée et de la période.

Pros: Quick, easy, friendly. They were upfront about everything and did not try to scam me or make up damages. Very honest and well-intended. Also open until 11 pm, which is helpful.

Cons: There was about an hour wait to collect the car and the same when dropping it off but seeing as it was peak period on a Saturday both days hardly a surprise and to be expected. No biggy for me.

Cons: We had to wait for more then 90 minutes, in the hot sun, to pick up the car. (10.30 in the morning).

Cons: The office at Olbia airport is very small and has only room for 2 people to be served at a time. This means only 1 person from each party and enter the office. There is a queue outside the office where you wait your turn to be served. Fortunately we had an early arrival but if you happen to be arriving later the queue area is not in the shade.

Cons: We arrived at the pre-arranged time (21:30), only to be greeted by a sign on the office door which stated that the office would only be open again at 22:00. Behind the glass door sat an employee eating his dinner and completely ignoring the customers. There was a queue of families with young kids (us included). We knocked and he completely ignored us for half an hour. This is not acceptable.

Cons: Horrible service, very rude people. After an hour in the queue under the sun an unprofessional person told us that we made an error in reservation and must pay him twice more.

Cons: 1. The car we were offered was not comparable to the one advertised. 2. The agent at the office where we rented the car had not noted down the previous damages of the car, so we needed to prove that all damages of the car were not made by us through pictures. We could prove this, apart from a small scratch on the front bumper, effectively costing us 150 euro (unsurprisingly the same amount as the insurance they tried to sell us at the beginning).

Pros: The staff were very efficient and friendly.

Cons: The car was in a bit of a state; it was very dirty and when we picked it up had a tyre pressure warning light on as well as no screenwash. When we filled the screenwash, we also had to adjust the washer directions to get it to hit the windscreen.

Cons: It was the worst experience renting a car I have ever had. The Moventur agent was rude, yelled at me, and insulted me several times. Took me an hour to rent the car and I had to pay extra. Please contact me, and avoid doing business with this rent a car.

Cons: Beware! This is a rip-off! They make you pay for cleaning the car when you return it, even though it's inevitable to have some sand from the beach on the floor matt since it's an island. The agents are very impolite, refused to tell me their name when I wanted to file a complaint and threw me out. I had the full insurance ... I can't imagine what would have happened if I didn't. Don't spoil your vacation at the end... avoid Moventur Olbia.

Cons: I ask for a Renault Clio and they give me a Lancia Y, they said that it was the same segment, but for sure that we had to take some of our bags on the passenger seats and with kids it was not so good.

Pros: - easy to find, close to the terminal - not too big agency - we did not have to wait - the car we initially had booked was missing somenthing in the trunk thus i asked for an other car and they arranged it

Cons: Their communication was rude and they refused to give me the car unless I paid twice as much as the rental for insurance.

Pros: Difficult to find, stood in line at the wrong place for an hour. Went quickly once we landed at the right stop.

Cons: The return was the worst we have ever experienced. The check out guy went over every inch of the car trying to find damage, he found a couple of 1/2” black mark by the trunk and said it was caused by loading luggage. There was a small scrape on on a hub cap, which we have no idea why it was there and probably didn’t catch when we picked it up. We also did not look under the front bumper and there was a yellow scrape and again no idea. Said damage was 550, total scam!! Will never rent from you.

Pros: It was fairly quick and efficient, I had a good price for the rental.

Cons: I didn’t like that you had to clean the car inside and out before returning. The windows inside needed a good wipe down. The car itself didn’t seem to be well maintained/serviced. The hazard cooling light was on, there was no water for the windows and I had to top this up myself. There were several dents and scratches already on the car. The company lacked good customer service/integrity.

Pros: car drop-off was fast, although there were no label of rental company name when entering the car parking, we only assumed that "it might be here" (there were the labels with names of other car renting companies)

Cons: there wasn't (at least we didn't noticed this information when renting car on your system) clearly stated, that the rental agnecy will want to charge us for cleaning the car. Usually the car cleaning was included in the rental price, when I rented cars on other systems. The instructions on finding the rental desk was misleading, as on the voucher there was said "in terminal", as in reality the rental desk was outside the terminal. not all the scratches were marked on the rental agreement

Cons: We do not understand that you have to fill in a lot of forms etc when you book online and when you arrive there they have to do it all over again ??? Why is that ?? In that case only ask for our name and dates when we book , we still have to wait because they have to fill in everything again. We did not have our deposit back since we left the car at the airport. The car is fine , we also went to a carwash and put gas in it (half full because we got this half full) but still nothing.

I have hired cars all over the world and never been requested to hand the car back clean or risk being charged for it. Really don’t know what the car hire fee covers now. Absolutely ridiculous.
