Movyng Rent A Car at Lisbon Airport

Pros: I didn’t like how they try to get money from for every scratch Thank god I took pictures Rental car lady extremely rude Poor customer service !!

Cons: Service at Movying Lisbon office was terrible: no answer to the phone, waited for the shuttle pick up for 2 hours without any contact with the office. Thanks to the personal of other rent a car companies who quieted us down and assured that the shuttle will appear. MOVYING NEVER AGAIN!!!

Pros: Nice design. New cars.

Cons: Really unfriendly staff. Extremely high reservatins being mad on my credit card. The full insurance is a fake as we will have to handle everything ourselves if any accident should happen. Stay away from this car rental company!

Pros: Check in and out with the driver was great. He was the same one we had in December. He was so pleasant and treated us like lifelong friends

Pros: Movying Rent a Car iis fantastic...their meet and greet service picked us up at the airport, service was quick and no hassles, they called the day before drop off to confirm the time and gave me 2 extra hours, and they came to pick up the car at our lodging so we didn't have to pay for a taxi. I was super happy with their service!

Cons: Didn’t provide till pass because the van was so new and we haven’t been able to pay tolls online either. Still waiting to see how that turns out.

Cons: My car was not service before I rent. Add blue a diesel additive was filled by service.

Pros: They were super flexible with me and I really appreciate them meeting me at the airport so I did not have to move luggage and dog crates more than 1 time.

Cons: I don't think this is their issue but it was not clear to me that I was going to go offsite to pick up the car

Pros: Stayed open late to accommodate car pick-up since DiscoverCars.com had provided the incorrect hours of service. Very kind and understanding about it all.

Cons: They didn't communicate that they close for lunch until the day we were supposed to return the car which made us rush/alter plans to return the car but once again accommodating about it.

Pros: They were responsive ahead of time and helped me get there, even though they did not offer pick up anywhere other than the airport

Cons: we were a little confused when we arrived. We were expecting someone to meet us in the Arrivals but they weren't there. That wasn't a real problem but there were no Movying or Discover Signs so we asked a rival car hire company for instructions. Once we called Movying, they turned up after 10 minutes. Not a huge problem, we would of been happy to call them when we collected our bags

Cons: Waited 2 hours for a car, when dropped off made me pay for a scratch on rim that was there although not reported correctly upon pick up. That whole side of the car was scratched/dented when picked up. Literally had car for 24 hrs only drove home from airport.

Cons: Was told to ignore 2 separate warning lights and had to pay and add adblue after only 200kms. Not friendly when I called about the warning lights. Very basic vehicle

Pros: They contacted me in advance and I thought they would be ready with the shuttle to pick me up.

Cons: They made me wait one hour for shuttle pickup. This is after a long flight and one hour going thru immigration. I almost cancelled it.

Pros: João was great. Very friendly. Perfect english (for those that need it). Waited quite a while on another guest who got held up in customs and João gave excellent site seeing recommendations.

Cons: The Discovercars.com broker didn’t info accurately related to pick up process by Movyng.

Pros: Everyone from the agents to the shuttle driver were very nice and accommodating. Car was in great shape, new condition and interior was fantastic.

Cons: Finding the shuttle driver was a little confusing at first. It wasn’t clear where to go from the directions. I eventually called the office and they helped me navigate to the driver. Also due to shortage of automatic vehicles in Portugal, the price was twice as expensive as a manual transmission. Ill learn stick next time!

Pros: Read lots of horror stories about car rental in Lisbon, but Movyng were absolutely brilliant - no upsetting or trying to rip us off, lovely car and really friendly service
