Cons: The tires were in very bad condition. We came the next day to change car. It wasted a lot of our time, impact our plans and cost us moeny. When dropping off the car, there was nobody in the desk, and nobody answered the phones. It was very uncomfortable situation. Eventually i had to leave the car in the parking by myself, and the keys in the desk in order to catch my flight.

Pros: Nobody was in the aitport during the dropping off time. We waisted half an hour trying to reach the person on phone. It was a bad experience!!!!!!!! We had been payed fee for cleaning the car, even though nobody told us it at first. The car was OLD!!!!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 390.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Wi-Fi, Cross border fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Georgia. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
