Nissa Car Rental at Kayseri International Airport

Pros: ??? cannot think of anything, maybe drop off was easy

Cons: they forced us to take out more insurance. I refused as you recommended and I had insurance, but only if the car was less than 5 years old. I confirmed with You who confirmed with nissa cars that their cars are all 2021- 2024 models. the one we received was a 2018 model , making our insurance useless. they also said that without a police report that the discovercar will not pay , and Turkish police will not give report for scrapes on bodywork/chips. so we had to buy more insurance from them.

Pros: Good communication and I was met at one airport and dropped the car in another. No fuss with the check in/out.

Had issues with the GPS which was actually just a wifi dongle and they were happy to refund us pro rata from when we started having issues. Flexible with drop off. The guy said contact him any time and he did respond. Pretty good overall. Would rent again with Nissa

Cons: Not so much didn't like, but it would be good if car rental companies could put together a quick guide for road rules in the country they're operating in as lots of international drivers won't know. A pamphlet with speed limits and basic rules and driving etiquette would be beneficial.

Cons: During meet-up at the airport, they come very late and when I called the number provided, no one answered. Plus I booked for Mercedes Vito, but they only provide a Fiat Ulysse.

Staff in the office has been doing great job by explaining the different type of insurance which we took mini CDW. Staff was in full communication with us during rental duration. Cons: They are making people fool, I should look at the offer, it was my mistake, should never take fuel same to same basis, they give fuel give full tank which make sense to return back full. It is hard to make take calculation. Car was booked Mercedes Vito or simar, I was given car off some Chinese company with 100 damages and agent said they give me free upgrade, was it joke??? Pick up by agent after 30 min or arrival and takes me to his office to do the formalities which took 30 more minutes.

Cons: Didn't provide the car as promised. We were left in the street at 2 o clock in the night. Asked for huge money for dropping at the hotel.

Pros: There was nothing nice to report about their service

Cons: Nissa Car did NOT adequately top up the AdBlue fluid and they also did NOT inform us that this is a necessary additive for the smooth functioning of the car. This meant that when we pulled into a gas station to both refuel the car and top up with AdBlue, the car stopped functioning and would not start even after repeated attempts. This meant that we ended up spending TKL 7,500 on a Towing Truck and Technician to reset the car computer and allow us to restart the car.

Pros: The car was very dirty, it had 2 flat tyres which and two very low pressure which we had to go and fill up ourselves after finding out when we drove as it was night time. The cars phone charging box didn’t work so nowhere to charge. Scratches all over the car and broke rear bumper. Right side head light wasn’t working either for night time drive and brakes needed changing

Cons: The condition of the car was so bad and the agent tried to charge 30€ extra per day for insurance which was already bought through discovery cars. As he said the insurance bought by discovery cars could only be valid based on a police report in case there is a hit and run. Which only says on small print. But nissa rental acted like the car is very nice value eventhough it was dirty and needed maintanance.

Cons: NIGHTMARE! DO NOT BOOK! - Bad service. Lack integrity. - A few days into the rental, the brakes started grinding. When I called to replace the car, they said they have NO option to help me except that I go to a mechanic shop and replace the brakes! - I pleaded to go to one of their 57 locations, but they said they have NO car available!! - They kept repeating it would take 30 minutes, I spent 5 hours at a mechanic shop changing brakes on my vacation!!

Cons: It was smelly smoke so bad. They had parfum at the beginning but after a few hours later in hot weather bad cigarettes smells all over the car inside. Besides, it was old car (16 years old car)

Cons: Took forever for get the car. They decided the car needed a complete new set of tires while we waited. THEN there was absolutely no petrol so had to make a priority stop at a petrol station. Not ideal .

Pros: Car had bad breaks . Was empty . Was not the SUV class reserved .. had to drive a passenger van which was not conducive to area we were visiting . It limited our choices for parking and areas we could access.

Cons: Fuel policy.. is the only downside of Nissa. To receive the car with empty tank ..and return it so. Impossible in practice to come back empty. We had half tank fuel upon return. Please exercise the full-tank fuel policy...tell us a where the nearest gas station is to top up before return. Easier.

Cons: Nissa Car Rental ripped us off $200 by claiming that we damaged the car while there were no apparent marks on the car. It looked to be a clear scam since he kept saying you should have taken our insurance. Claimed extremely high prices for the damages. Since we were late for our flight, we had to give in to his demand and pay him $200. He did not give any receipt for that and warned us of using their insurance instead of discover cars in the future. Extremely disappointing service.

It's not fair for customer to buy double insurance, and did not assist and help customer to get the compensate from agent.

Pros: I usually don't take the time writing long reviews but Nissa Car Rental deserves it. At first I was not sure to take a car with them due to some reviews they have on internet but after giving a try I can say it was totally worth it The gave us the car we rented in a super good and clean conditions, the process was super smooth and they got an outstanding customer service. When I go back to Cappadocia for sure I'm going to rent it with them. Thanks a lot And they're open 24/7 (even better)
