Pros: Very bad experience. I chose meet and greet but he wasn’t there when I landed. And he called me saying he will be there. Yes, I would give him that my flight was supposed to be at 8:00pm but it got delayed to 12:20am which I informed him but still no show up and had to wait for him to come. Another thing was that he was supposed to drop us off at the airport and take the car. So I went to the rental store and no one was there and I keep calling them continuously for 20mins but no one answers.

Cons: Another company dealt with me, asked for a cash deposit for insurance as claimed that it will be retuned in cash once i take back the car 1- they investigated with me about my trip and i left Trabzon to another city (in turki) without their knowledge (nothing mentioned in the contract)! 2- they hold my money to issue that no traffic ticket are their in another city, refused to give evedance of payment and i still did not get my money back worth 172$ This company is (Sartes car rent) NOT nissa

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
