Cons: I waited for nearly an hour for my car to come to the pick up point. They did not have an office nor any signs. When the vehicle arrived, it was very dirty inside out and hardly in a petrol in.

Cons: Unprofessional, turned up to an office whereby the workers were rude. The man I dealt with couldn’t speak English and the contract was given via picture. I paid for two drivers and only one was put on the contract

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), One-way rental, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Northern Cyprus. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
