Cons: i wasn't shown the car when picking up (an intro to the cars features would have helped) and a go around to locate any previous damage would have been good. but other than this: great! and this didnt detract from the great service as i figured all the features out and loved the car!! no GPS in car (needed to subscribe?) - used phones instead. presumed we had to pay extra for GPS? again - features not explained.

Pros: Really it was sooo easy to book online and the price is affordable, then in person to pick up the car everything is explained easily and no stress was given. Also when I had an issue of my flight on the next morning and me handing the car in few hours earlier and no where to stay I was offered for a few dollars to use the car for the few hours and return. I felt very safe especially in a big city and got home safely

I also did not appreciate the attitude of the returning officer actively looking for damage as opposed to assessing normal wear and tear

Cons: Just a small comment on the pick up and dropping car process. If someone reaching Sydney for the first time with family and suitcases around 20h30, due to plane delay, and under the rain/cold. Hard to find the famous yellow bus and reach No Birds office in time before closure! Would propose that either a representative would welcome us or even bring the car in those special circumstances. To drop car also, I had to drop car at a different agency nearer and I consider the $55 on the high side.

Cons: They are not in the airport and they do not have a regular shuttle we waited over an hour for the shuttle and it only came after we called to find out where it was. Then they say unlimited mileage but they charge extra if you travel outside of NSW. They are a very small operation and only operate in Sydney and Perth. So if you drove to Brisbane and wanted to leave the car there, they don’t have that capability. Very Mickey Mouse operation. They don’t have an etch in the car either, frustrating.

Pros: There was no heavy pressure to get all the add-ons a lot of companies try to force on you. Then I forgot to fill the fuel tank before returning the car and they showed me where the closest garage was and an accurate time to get there. If I had done my maths correctly, I’d have realized that the price they quoted for them to fill it up was reasonable. I spent half an hour to save only $5.
