Pros: Really it was sooo easy to book online and the price is affordable, then in person to pick up the car everything is explained easily and no stress was given. Also when I had an issue of my flight on the next morning and me handing the car in few hours earlier and no where to stay I was offered for a few dollars to use the car for the few hours and return. I felt very safe especially in a big city and got home safely

In the context of normal conduct where the amount is quarantined but not removed this was disturbing and not explained. I also did not appreciate the attitude of the returning officer actively looking for damage as opposed to assessing normal wear and tear

Hard to find the famous yellow bus and reach No Birds office in time before closure! Would propose that either a representative would welcome us or even bring the car in those special circumstances. To drop car also, I had to drop car at a different agency nearer and I consider the $55 on the high side.

Cons: They are not in the airport and they do not have a regular shuttle we waited over an hour for the shuttle and it only came after we called to find out where it was. Then they say unlimited mileage but they charge extra if you travel outside of NSW. They are a very small operation and only operate in Sydney and Perth. So if you drove to Brisbane and wanted to leave the car there, they don’t have that capability. Very Mickey Mouse operation. They don’t have an etch in the car either, frustrating.

Pros: I cannot find any fault with Free Birds. Only one suggestion that they put on their information printout to put Free Birds into your GPS system instead of street address. As we got lost try to navigate the address it took us the wrong way and we spent 30 minutes driving around in circles.

Pros: The young lad behind the desk was friendly, spoke clearly and ensured we understood everything before we left and he even put the car seats in for us

Cons: We think it would be a good idea to have a home address put into the car system as it was hard to find the correct address to get back to, we ended up at the wrong drop off point and they had to put the correct address into the gps so we could get back, for people from other states that don’t know Sydney it can be very confusing

Pros: Nice clean car. Being able to pay a little more to go interstate. Choosing my own car seat.

Cons: Phone number provider did not work. As I booked through a third parter website the name of the company wasn't provided correctly and trying to book the shuttle to the rental place was impossible as the number that was given to me was incorrect. Had to pay a taxi $23 to get there, thankfully though the address was correct.

Pros: The agent leant me a cable to connect my phone to the car nav system which made safety navigating on a dark wet night 100% easier.

Pros: 1) The manager helped put the baby seat in 2) I accidentally left my bag with all my belongings at the desk and the manager called me to advise and waited back after hours for me to return to pick it up. I loved his customer service + honesty. Deserved recommendation!!
