Pros: They were friendly and easy to deal with.
Cons: They seemed reluctant to note the existing damage on the car although they did once we insisted. The biggest issue was that the car was provided with a completely empty tank. We thought at first they were joking when they said, ‘You get an empty tank, you bring it back on an empty tank.” We we’re running on fumes. This was extremely irresponsible as we were 2 women with 2 children and as our flight arrived at 11pm, the petrol stations were closed. Luckily, our Airbnb was only a few kilometers.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Business hours
