Pros: They have given us a very clean and good car in exactly the class we wanted.

Cons: It was actually another contractor called eva autos who provided the car and we weren't aware of that. This has made the arrangements of picking up the car slightly difficult but not too bad i must say.

Cons: Everything. It was written in the voucher that the rental office is at the airport, which was not true. Absolutely unprofessional behavior when renting and returning a car. I had a settled time to return a car at he airport and nobody from the rental company showed up for the agreed time. I waited more than 20 minutes and then I had to leave the keys to the Avis rental office at the airport, otherwise I would miss my flight. Really terrible experience !

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Turkey.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.
In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, Maestro credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Cash is accepted as a form of payment. When paying with cash, a debit/credit card issued on the main driver's name is required for security purposes.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
