Cons: A dirty car….

Cons: Because of flight delay they canceled the reservation, asking more money (+200$) for a car upgrade because the reserved cars was no longer available. I did several call to the agency to advise of the delay but they never answered to the phone, I also did check in online with confirmation email. Very unprofessional, they do everything to make more money. Very bad experience.

Pros: The right car was provided and the rental desk is located inside of the terminal.

Cons: Made me pay for the “late pick up”. My flight was delayed 1 hours, and the desk working hours till 22.30. So when I arrived at 23.30 they made us pay 50 euros for late pick up. And there was zero warning messages in the rental email.

Pros: There is no helpline access for general queries and agents are not prioritising calls when contacted.

Cons: I dropped my car on the 9th of June in Catania and picked up my car in Palermo on 6th June. I have also received a complete clearance certificate from your agent while dropping the car. Today it is 17th June and you have till date not refunded me my deposit amount. This will incur additional charges to my account as my billing cycle will not reflect this amount and I will have to pay the same. This is not fair and against the agreed terms and conditions. I seek an immediate action on this

Pros: Drop off - the guy went spent 20 - 25 minutes going over every little mark. If we hadn’t taken pictures I’m sure they would have charged us.

Cons: I did not like the unexpected conversation that I should give 200 euros at the airport desk for insurance through Noleggiare when I had already taken out and paid this cover with discovercars.com. It led to a difficult conversation at the desk when I declined to part with 200 euros and especially when the rep insisted I had not taken out this insurance cover with discovercars.com despite having paperwork on me proving I had paid for it that the rep was not interested in. I felt this was a con!

Pros: Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Cons: I had to wait a long line +20 minutes, with only one desk opened and only one person in front of me. When people in the line started to become agitated, your colleague called another one from the back, which seemed very bothered that she has to work for the people waiting for 30 minutes already. I had to ask the questions so I can receive the necessary information I needed. It seemed like I had to pull the words out of you employer mouth. Also, the car was very dirty. Please clean the cars!

Cons: Noleggiare !!! Yes , never will forget this experience with those super staffs. Flight delayed about 1 hour and half, at the reception desk staff took more than 40 mins dealing with us. First then was told you are late. Penalty for arrive late is 100 euro. I have to pay or they let me loose my deposit, and tell me your fully insurance bought online with discoverycars isn't cover any thing. You need extra 300 euro. I said" no" this time . All they do is try to rip people off. " .......

Pros: I basically paid for a BMW and I got a Puegot. Not awful but until I arrived at my hotel did I notice that someone have previously side swipes the car and included a lot of damage. This was explained when I picked up the car because I wouldn’t have taken it. Then, I was nervous about driving the car because told me that I would need a police report for any damages. I abasically didn’t use the car despite having insurance. I am pretty sure it is a scam and they do this to foreigners all the time.

Cons: I booked citroen berlingo as we are a family of 5 persons and I got ford puma, which was to small for us. When I complained the Noleggiare employers just answered: Take it or leave it. So there service is terrible and would suggest to avoid that company.

The car was so filthy at pick up, I had to literally wash the windows & mirrors myself with other people's discarded water and trash so it could be safely driven. The was no check off sheet with a company rep to document pre existing damage as is usual with other companies. If there had been, it wouldn't have been accurate due to the car's filth.

Cons: When we checked the car in at the end, they found "damage" which they charged us for. Claimed it was a scratch on the wheel, however with hand sanitizer it was shown to be grease, we were still charged. Told it would be $50 euros, but with "fees" was over 130 euros! Do not use this company under any circumstances.

Pros: It was difficult. Communication in English was difficult. I had to pull out my contract with Discover and point out what I had paid for including second driver and GPS. There was no gps in the car. 3 staff members had to come look to prove. Getting copy of my final papers from them took 4 days. They would only send in email. Had to wait another 4 days to get refund on GPS.

The car had no air con, which we stated we wanted on the booking. The back passenger seatbelts didnt work. absolutely shocking

Cons: We booked it for value but never got the car due to Flight delay leadinf to cancelled booking and being stranded by agent who was at the desk when we went to collect, looked at me with my family and said she was leaving. She then did not leave for another 30minutes. She said we could collect the car the next day. We rang to collect but were told our booking was in fact cancelled and we would need to rebook at an increased cost to us.

Cons: they charged us 56 euro surplus because they did not have the ordered car available. Reason : we were 15m earlier than the planned timing !! they spent 15m trying to change the deposit of 600 into 100 euro as we ordered though discovercars and would risk not to receive a reimbursement from them but will have to go via disovercars . Waste of time !

Cons: After a 2 hours queue at the Noleggiare's desk, I got charged 50 euros for collecting the car outside normal working hours. The long wait was entirely due to the slowness of the employee in processing customers and to the shortage of staff: only one person was at the desk. I had no choice but to pay the 50 euros as the agent refuced to give me the car if I had not payed immediately. This is not good customer care and a very dishonest way to overcharge customers. Obviously I am not happy.

Cons: this company is a total scam I dropped of the rental and after 11 days they charged my credit card for $800 for a missing SD card for navigation that I was not aware for the fact that I didn't use the navigation.

The person who gives the car to you tries to rush you through the process, not giving adequate time to evaluate the car before he makes you sign the form saying you agree with the condition it is being give to you.
