Pros: Once a representative arrived at checkin she was friendly and helpful.
Cons: We were not given accurate hours of operation. When we arrived mid afternoon, it was closed. We had to wait 30 minutes for a representative to arrive before it reopened. When dropping the vehicle off mid morning during business hours, there was no representative available and door was locked. We had to contact the emergency number on WhatsApp for someone to show up.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
