Pros: Car was good
Cons: Dreadful drop off experience. Con artists. Hyper focus on the smallest, almost invisible marks, and if you didn't manage to photo/video them, a hefty charge which you have no option but to accept. In my case, my video missed a tiny area by the door handle - probably because in the dark grade when I picked it up, I simply couldn't see the mark. Got charged €250 for that. I have my own excess insurance, so I will get it back, but I've never experienced such ferocious charging.

Cons: Once we were served, booking was executed correctly but only when we asked at the end did the agent tell us the car was not an automatic which I had specifically booked months in advance. Agent was not helpful in trying to find a solution (like recommending other companies, checking availability, giving directions to get there)

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00 - € 1600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
