Cons: After driving only 100 kilometers, We were left stranded in the dolomites - when the engine began smoking. A pink liquid coated the engine. They wanted to somehow get to the Verona airporr to retrieve a replacement car. They would not send a replacement car nor help us with transportation Time of event was mid to late evening. We were left stranded on the side of the road. We are still waiting for a full refund. We lost a day of holiday travelling. We would not recommend them.

Pros: Horrible counter service at Milan Central train station. Staff was most unhelpful, rude and disrespectful. Seek his advice and he unwilling provided incomplete information on purpose, despite our friendly approaches on 26 Sep, 2024, 10am. I forgot to take photo of this staff.

Pros: Relatively efficient

Cons: Overall this was a fine service. But we Arrived at the station on time, decided to have lunch and walk around. When came back was told they had given away the rental car because we were 2 hours past our pickup time, and the new car would cost $180 more (slightly larger car)… give people more of a warning that you will do that. Or just charge higher prices up front and dont advertise low and then use fine print on a 6 page voucher document to gouge customers who are stuck at the part minute.

Pros: The pre check in was quick

Cons: They gave us the car with lots of additional damage on that was not listed on the handover document. We had to take lots of photographs before we took the vehicle away as we were not happy with the condition that was handed over. Thankfully we did as they tried to charge us for damage.

Cons: they never provided the GPS that was ordered ..And I ordered a mini car and was provided a larger sedan as no small cars were available.. I would think that ordering over amonth in advance that I would have received what I ordered

Pros: Service in Verona much quicker than other areas so that was great but it was a long way from the train and signage inside the train station takes you the wrong way so we wasted about an hour overall which wasn’t good when we had a long drive ahead.

Cons: The service from the boys once we got to office was much more efficient than others. Great!

Pros: The representatives where very kind and diligent. It took about 10 minutes to pick up the car and another 5 minutes to drop it off. They even gave us an automatic transmission, even though we booked a manual one.

Cons: The car wasn't very clean. I understand that it is the responsability of the customer to clean it up before dropping it off, but still the agency should've clean it up before the pick up.

Pros: I had difficulty finding a car to rent as most places were either too expensive or unavailable. I stumbled upon this car rental company whose prices were very fair and available. To be honest, I was a little nervous as seemed too good to be true, but it was. Perfect car,, provided an automatic just in case I had trouble with manual, and picked up from station and went out of the way to drop us off in the city. Overall, it could not have been a better experience. Strongly recommend

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00 - € 1600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During winter season (from 15.11. until 15.04.) Snow chains are included in price.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: South Tyrol.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
