Cons: Had to pay full insurance cause I didnt have my credit card physically with me, although i had amex and my credit card on my apple pay. They didn't accept neither one of my friends cards. It took ages to get the car, and I found the staff unfriendly and unhelpful. They forgot to charge the car ( they said when I picked up that it was all paid) and then I received a rude call saying that I had to pay and funny enough they could accept the card on the phone but not when I tried to pay there

Cons: We were offered the company shuttle bus at first as our vehicle which was impractical and offered as an upgrade. Then we were offered a smaller 2 door car before then being given a car of the type booked. Very poor

Pros: The car was excellent. The agent was really very helpful to us after a long wait at the rental desk due to the previous customers extra long exchanges.
Cons: Pick up from the airport could be much clearer on the booking form with directions to the pick up point and which transfer minibus to catch. We had to spend valuable time calling the agent. The transfer buses are not clear as to which one you have to take

Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Young drivers under the age of 21 who wish to rent a vehicle must purchase the following insurance type(s): Super Insurance.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
