NU Car Rentals Affiliate at the Split Airport is NOVA Car Rental Upon clearing Customs in the Terminal the first office you see will be ours. Please identify yourself to the agent and they will assist you with your reservation. PLEASE INCLUDE your flight details at time of booking. If your flight info was not received we will hold your vehicle for up to 2 hours or until the office closes, whichever happens first. Our Staff will not wait beyond closing time if we do not have your flight details. An After Hours fee of 30.00 EUR will apply outside the normal hours of operation. Summer hours are 7 A.M. to 9 P.M. between July 1st and Sep 30th. Winter hours are 8 A.M. to 8 P.M. - Oct 1st to Jun 30th. A one time fee also applies for all pick up and returns for national holidays (Christmas, New Years Day, Easter). Please note when booking via partners other terms and conditions may apply. We hold vehicles up to 2 hours after the arrival time on your reservation during business hours.

Pros: The price
Cons: It took a long time (20 mins?) for our car to be delivered to the car park once we’d completed paperwork and been sent to collect it, whilst we stood in 32 deg sunshine with no shade. Also the air conditioning in the car was very poor - one day (35 deg outside) it didn’t work at all.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Premium location fee, Vehicle registration fee.
Rate excludes
During the winter season (from 15.11 until 15.04) Winter tires are not included in the price but will be added to it as a mandatory additional charge of 10 EUR per day.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
