Pros: Nothing at all avoid at all cost Green Motion Airport Sofia franchise!
Cons: I don't like the arrogant and unprofessional staff of Green Motion franchise at Sofia Airport. If you don't get their overpriced car rental insurance they will scam you with any possible small and tinny scratches. They scam/charge my online insurance company with 300EU for small tinny scratch on bottom of front bumper. The real cost of that particular repair is no more the 100EU. Also they blackmail me with my deposit of 800EU saying that they can decide to not give me back!
Pros: Nothing it was so bad and they took a,lot of money from us at the pick up (400)€
Cons: That we had to pay 400€ to pick up the car because we had a 19 year old driver with us uneven tho on the website it said that the minimum age is 19
Pros: Car was clean and worked fine, ruined by the hidden charges.
Cons: Completely blindsided with additional ‘mandatory insurance policy’ that was not disclosed anywhere. Disgustingly expensive hidden fee otherwise I ‘can’t take a car’ Basically blackmailed into paying an additional €150. In the process of reporting to authorities
Pros: When I finally got served the people weee friendly and helpful. Dropping off the vehicle was also a good experience
Cons: We waited 30 minutes at the airport for a shuttle that never came. The number provided did not answer so we took a taxi that charged 15 euro. When we arrived I opens the door and was ordered out because one person was inside and he said in an abusive tone, get out we are serving someone. I hadn’t said a word and waited another 15 minutes outside and then was asked to go inside the office. Other than that experience everything else was just fine
Pros: waited one hour, never got the car. Had to pay you online for nothing. Never got the money back.
Cons: You basically took 30€ from me for nothing; Internet scam is what you are.
