Pros: Pretty bad service.
Cons: Not trustworthy. Did not respect the booking contract, drop off location we booked and have it confirmed was not possible. POS not working, asked to pay in cash; forced to purchase additional insurance (although I had one already).Car with service due in 3 days, cracked screen, electric socket not working. UNRELIABLE.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Road tax, VAT (value added tax).

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Renters from the following country(ies): non-EU must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

During the winter season (from 01.11 until 31.03) Winter package is/are mandatory for rentals in Romania and is/are not included in the price.
It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 90 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
