In Terminal 1 International Arrivals we are located in Hall E3 between gates 8 and 9. In Terminal 1 Domestic Arrivals we are located in the Hall of Domestic Arrivals (Car Rental Zone). In Terminal 2 we are located in Hall of Domestic Arrivals. Should you need to contact us our number is 52 5515600089 or 52 5515600087. During operating hours we hold vehicles up to two hours after the arrival time on your reservation.

Cons: Terrible service, terrible delivery, slow customer service. It felt too good to be true and it was.

Pros: To hace respecto for what you say, I had to pay over 300 dollars in insurance that O di not want, they told me they were obligatory, first they told me to pay almost 500 dollars, and then made me a "discount", I showed the voucher where insurance was already país bit they did not care. The car (a minivan) was in very bad condición, full of Moisés, brake di not work well, etc. I spent over one hour to give back the car, they wanted me to pay for head lights I didnt break, thankfully I had picture

Cons: The rental desk was a 5 minute walk, a train ride, and another 5 minute walk from the airport arrival section. I assume it would be at the arrival gate. I had no way to find it. It took me 30 minutes of calling people to finally find someone who could help me. The rep said they did not have the van when we showed up. It took them 3 hours to find a van for us. The van that we received was a less expensive van than the one that we reserved. However, we did not get a reduction in the fee.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Public Liability Insurance (PLI), VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements

A Young driver fee is not applied.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
