NU Car Rentals service is provided in cooperation with Easeway Car and Truck Rentals in Puerto Rico.
Upon arrival if shuttle is not waiting at Car Rental shuttle pick up area please take a shuttle bus with a Sun on it or take a taxi cab to our location at Marginal Los Angeles km 10.3 Isla Verde 00979 where you will be reimbursed 15.00USD for cab fare at the rental counter. We will provide your return trip to the airport. The shuttle pick up is outside baggage claim Terminal 2 sidewalk and is running constantly 7 days a week during business hours.

Pros: Worst car rental experience ever endured. I would never recommend this to anyone and in fact, would always speak against it.
Cons: I was told the car was 1,100$ after 1,700 for 5 days and no deposit, I was very upset. I was made to endure a feeble attempt to persuade me to purchase a lot of additional coverage outside of liability insurance which I said no to. An the charges were there. I will never recommend this company to anyone, ever. 8328360423 call me for details or amendments.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability, Vehicle registration fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
