Pros: Friendly and helpful, not pushy and good English. Immaculate car and drop off very fast and efficient with very friendly service.
Cons: Tank almost empty when picked up and the name of the company at the airport was not NUCarrentals so took a bit of finding and had to call them first to find out which desk we were supposed to go to.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Airport surcharge, Tire & Glass Coverage, Third Party Liability, Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Public Liability Insurance (PLI), Premium location fee, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
