Cons: The man behind the desk. The ridiculous wait to collect.

Pros: Rude agent called Christopher. Blackmailed us to pay $222 for a liability insurance we had, otherwise ge would not give us a car. Misinformed us about highway toll. Again tried to blackmail us to pay €13 per day for their toll pass and told us complete lies to scare me and my young daughter. Disgusting service and I want my $222 he forced me to pay as it was late and there was no other rental company nearby. When we tried to talk to him at drop-off ge could rude and we still have no receipt!!!

Cons: Everything!!! Rude, fraudulent, wrong information to sell you more services. Blackmailed me into buying insurance I already have. I will report them and take legal action appropriate your help as you endorse them!!! Also got a ‘shot y

Cons: Returning the car took nearly 45 minutes, no shaded areas while waiting for shuttle to airport. Gave incorrect information about Toll Highways to push "E-Pass" claiming there were no tollbooths we could pay at (This is not true, you can pay at the tollbooths) ultimately the E-Pass cost significantly more than value rendered.

Cons: To long of a wait to be taken to the airport

Pros: Once I showed my own insurance cover they had no problems and stopped trying to include/up sell theirs. Overall a quick transaction once I got to the desk and friendly staff.

Cons: Car was a little dirty (inside more than out) hidden/change in costs from what was “agreed” online before.

Pros: There was nothing I liked. They were hard to work with, very short with us about booking through 3rd party and said they couldn't control anything about the reservation. They added a ton of fees and the insurance was not recognized. Checkout process is super long.

Cons: They seem like they wanted to punish you for booking through a 3rd party. Had a hard time explaining fees. Required an insurance card to decline insurance. Said all fees collected by discover cars is only for the discover cars insurance, which doesn't cover anything, and not rental costs. Check out is ridiculous, having to take ipad out to unlit parking lot to mark any existing scratch or mark, and stressing if there is ANYTHING new at return you WILL be charged. Charges were double expected!

Pros: Nothing. Appealing customer service. Staff are rude. Unable to help. Told to call head office. No response. On return no one available to drop the car to. Expected to just drop off and not sign any return forms. Then scammed for additional charges that didn’t occur.

Cons: Everything. Would never use again. Avoid at all costs!

Cons: Due to unforseen cicumstances was unable to be with wife to pick-up car as they wouldn't accept wifes credit card and left her stranded with a $200.00 taxi ride and refuse to refund my almost total price deposit

Cons: Shuttle unavailable and un contactable from airport, didn't answer the telephone. After more than 50 mins had to pay $25.00 for a taxi.

Pros: There is no service. All they are trained to do is find ways to charge you more money once you are at the counter to pick car up. Otherwise they act stupid and have no idea how to solve problems or who can help you. They don’t even know answers to simple questions about there location. Does the shuttle to the car rental place have a way to transport an electric mobility scooter??? No one on property had a clue.

Cons: Charges placed on my credit car without my consent or knowledge. I still have no idea what almost $300 of charges are for. I’m sure this will end up as a credit card dispute.

Cons: The car was in bad condition. It was dirty and not cleaned properly. The company do not replace tires that need replacing they just top it up with air.

Cons: Car wasn’t to the standard expected. We ordered a Nissan Rogue or equivalent but the Jeep we we’re provided was no where near as big so not an equivalent. Also additional charges were excessive

Cons: Hassle to find the shuttle at the airport. Took forever to pick up the vehicle while we waited in the heat. Vehicle wasn't working properly, oil needed changed & the check engine light was on. Weren't sure we would make it back to return the car. When we did return it no one said a thing to us. They just took the keys and we stood and waited for the shuttle. I hope they get it fixed for the next customer rather than just trying to pass it on like they did with us. We were overcharged for gas a.

Pros: Reliable, convenient, open communication and affordable.

Pros: Overall good experience- downside was cleanliness. Car was dirty inside with rubbish presumably from previous clients. Car had many bumps and scratches excessive for a car not so old - not cleaned on the outside either which was a shame really.

Cons: After a 9 hour flight I didn’t want to have to search for where we had to pick the car up. There were no signs anywhere in the airport! I also didn’t appreciate being asked if I wanted a “deal” on Orlando attractions before I was allowed to take the hire car - the sale

Pros: They were really nice and were there early when I had to drop off the car to catch my flight on time.

Cons: Only complaint I had was that the car they gave me ran perfectly it just had a few scratches and dents on the side that I was worried I would get charged for but I was not charged.

Cons: They tried to give me a much bigger vehicle (at same price) that I didn’t feel comfortable driving.

Cons: The car provided was not in the greatest condition. Driving in the rain was extremely dangerous as the tires did not have any traction. The car was swerving and made it very difficult to control. The acceleration was also lacking. It was very hard to get the car moving and once it moved the car was jolting forwards. It would be good to pay attention to these conditions of the car as these are the most important in having a safe drive.

Pros: I really like the fact the company provides shuttle service to the airport.

Cons: We landed in Florida around 10:30 PM. By the time my wife and I exited the airport, the facility was already closed. We were unaware that discover closes at 11 PM. Since my wife and I were heading to Palm Coast which is one hour and half away, we had to spend the night at the airport on those super comfortable chairs waiting for the facility to open at 6 AM. Perhaps a friendly reminder in regards to hours of operation before customer's arrival would be kind.

Pros: Staff was very polite, nice, helpful. Dropping off the car went promptly.

Cons: Because of hidden costs I had to pay the double of the price indicated on the Confirmation sheet sent by the DiscoverCarHire. I would recommend to include in the offer the additional obligatory charges as well. Prepayed tolls were also expensive. SLI was not included in the price, however in the offer it was.

Cons: Where do I begin, 1+he wait to be picked up at the airport, 90 min check out process, car was not what I requested, tire pressure light day 2-attempts to fill show these are malfunctioning tires with broken valves, scheduled to have the car picked up and it was all about their schedule not the customer who was on vacation and they didn't pick up as indicated so the car sat with keys in it overnight, customer service was useless never resolving anything only pushing me off the phone

Cons: Online was bare minimum then everything was extra if required. Tried to sell us prepaid toll at $10 a day although we used google maps with directions avoiding tolls, roadside assistance as no spare tyre...

Cons: Mix up between Discover Car Rental and the pick up desk regarding the agreement I had paid for. The rental desk folks tried to charge more than I had agreed to, but after going over the rental agreement I signed with Discover, the employee at pick up was able to charge the right price

Cons: Very unhappy with being told we had to pay for the toll pass. Will be taking this up with the manager. Car was also not up to the standards we have had from other car rentals (lots of scratches/chips, window fault where it kept moving on it’s own, puncture in tire when we picked it up and terribly stained seats)

Pros: They upgraded car when they realised k was going further... However they pulled my pants down to be able to use it for what I wanted.

Cons: They just put payments through without confirming how much they are taking, they don't disclose the extra charge for crossing boundaries until after they've taken a payment.

Cons: Interior of the car was not cleaned well. 2 empty water bottles and some other trash in the car. After getting home, I saw an extra $25 charge on my credit card from them. I called the MCO facility to ask, and they said it was for an early drop off fee. I have flow around the world, literally over 1.5 Million Miles, with hundreds, maybe thousands of car rentals under my belt. I have never been charged an early drop off fee. Nowhere on my reservation does it say there would be an early drop off.

Pros: Car was in good condition, only 4,000 miles new.

Cons: NuCar wasted 2.5 hours! We waited 1 and 15 minutes waiting to get picked up at the airport shuttle. Called the company 3 times!!! We were about 12 people waiting and got crammed up into the shuttle, almost lost my spot since everyone did not want to be left more hrs waiting. Renting the car took another 1 hour in line! Counter took all calls and slowed down process. I had to go get the car in the rain!, without umbrella at NIGHT to check for dents myself. 2.5 hrs! Never again choosing them!!
