Pros: NU Car rental staff and communication was responsive and attentive to important travel related queries promptly.
Cons: The rental was in decent condition but some of the interior paneling was lose on the right front passenger side. Although the photo online is a fair representation of the make and model, it’s not a fair representation of the vehicles overall condition.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Airport surcharge, Tire & Glass Coverage, Third Party Liability, Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Public Liability Insurance (PLI), Premium location fee, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
