Nu Car Rentals service is provided in cooperation with Coupe Car Rentals in Las Vegas. Upon arrival at McCarran Intl. Airport follow the airport signs to the Car Rental Center shuttle and board the McCarran Car Rental Shuttle bus. Once you arrive at the Car Rental Center proceed to Sign number 4 at the Taxi Pick Up waiting area where the NU/Coupe shuttle will be waiting to take you to our location just across the street from the McCarran Car Rental Center. If the shuttle is not waiting for you when you arrive, please call at 001 7 024 622 664 for pick up service.

Cons: Following on from the above comment, when I eventually got the GPS it was missing the fixing for the windscreen, I had to go back into the office again to request this. At no point did they apologize or see that the service they provided was terrible. However the only positive was I found the driver that picked us up in the airport friendly. We hired the car for 24hrs. 2 of these hours were unfortunately spend at the office.

Cons: while standing in line for a very long time I already k new there would be a problem by listening to other customer service , so when it was my turn i clearly was not surprised to not get the jeep I had reserved. I believe you facility never even had my request in question.

Pros: Low prices. Majority of associates are nice and knowledgeable Except if you want to extend the rental agreement $150 per day is outrageous I've never had any other car service do that period so I ended up returning the car and renting from another company.

Cons: The extreme wait time, disorganization, not enforcing The mask policy, not upgrading the car after waiting for 45 minutes after the contract time. Still enforcing the time that I had to return it by 5:00 which I didn't get the car until 45 minutes after. Some of the unprofessionalism that I've experienced there is pretty bad. With all the cussing and running around and being unorganized doesn't make for the best experience.

Cons: While picking up the car, agent provided the wrong information about tolls. I informed her about my whole trip and she told me that there would be a lot of tolls on the way and I took toll package. But there was no toll on the way.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage (except for local residents), Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 275.00 - € 4590.00), Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Premium location fee, Vehicle registration fee, Vehicle registration fee.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Prepaid tolls are available for 9.99 USD per day.
If the customer declines Prepaid Toll Service, a penalty of 30.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
Mileage policy
For all customers, except local renters the mileage is unlimited.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA - Nevada.
A return airline ticket and passport must be presented in order to qualify for a rate with unlimited mileage.
For local renters, unlimited mileage is not offered.
Mileage is limited to 150 miles per day.
For each additional mile an additional charge of 0.40 USD per mile will apply.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
The deposit amount is 200 USD.
Renter is liable for the full value of the car.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Discover. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The credit card will be validated at the time of reservation and may show a 1 USD temporary authorization on the renter’s credit card statement.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
One-way rentals are not available.
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following States: USA - Arizona, USA - California, USA - Nevada, USA - Utah.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Spouses will not be charged the additional driver surcharge.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information


An administrative fee of 30 USD will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
