Pros: Excellent value for money
Cons: The car’s gas lid was broken and duck taped
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: We had a cracked windshield, we had to get new tires on front of car, one of the doors didn’t work. We asked multiple times to speak with a manager and never got a call. They had no contact number where a person could actually do anything. Horrible!
Cons: I believe this was a very underhanded way of making this rental more profitable, and will share my experience with Kayak and other travel review websites if this is not refunded immediately. I am asking for an immediate refund of everything except the initial 75.14 agreed. I paid GBP £10.45 to DiscoverCars.com when booking on July 28 (Amex ending 2004), and my wife paid $243.39 at the NU Car Rentals desk at Denver airport on July 29 (Mastercard ending 8942).
Pros: Shuttle to/from airport was nice. Car was in good shape.
Cons: Scam artists. Very pushy in terms of additional fees and then tacking on more fees out of nowhere or not being truthful about refunds and gas policies.
Pros: Nothing that we couldn't have received from all other rental places, clean & nice car.
Cons: Representative when picking up car led us to believe that we only had 2 options, 1 was a car less than what we reserved and the other had the equivalent engine, but was a higher class vehicle. Pushed us towards the hight class vehicle saying the one with a lesser engine would not be good for driving in the mountains but charged us extra for the "upgrade". Should have honored the price we paid ahead of time for the vehicle we reserved, even if NU didn't have equivalent vehicle we reserved.
Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
An e-Toll device is not mandatory.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher. Renters from the following country(ies): USA must provide the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), insurance declaration page in order to collect the car.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Additional charges will be applied.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
