Pros: We had booked our car at 11:00 and had paid the whole week rental in advance, We arrived minutes after 12:00 as there had been an accident on the road from Cancun but once we arrived, the agent told he had no more cars available for us as we arrived late and this without even asking for our name or booking reference !! We placed a claim twice and DISCOVER CARS said they could do nothing for us !! We got the whole week of rental STOLEN !

Pros: When we arrived they immediately told us they had no cars. They said they tried to call and email to let me know but there was no email and no missed call on my phone. I’ve complained to discover to return my deposit but they say NU hasn’t returned any information. So frustrating and disappointing in the lack of communication!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Public Liability Insurance (PLI), VAT (value added tax).

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
