OK Mobility as a company was founded in 2004 by Othman Ktiri. The company began as a business that sold used vehicles to wholesalers and businesses. At that time it was named Logic Auto. It still currently operates in this segment.

The company has even grown to have locations outside of Europe, namely Marakesh, Morocco (which opened in 2023), and Miami, Florida, United States (one of the largest markets for rental cars in the world). In Europe, it has locations in the Balkans, too, including in addition to Croatia, Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, and Romania, which it calls emerging tourist destinations.
As a growing company, OK Mobility has expanded its offerings over time. In 2022, the company started offering vans, motorcycles, and camper vans for rent.
