Cons: I had to extend my rental period and they charge me double the price I originally payed. Also the deposit they ask is much too high about 1300 euro.

Cons: The best price for car rental was with Ok Mobility Munich. Price for 5 days £95. Other companies I used before was around £110. After booking they informed me, pay at collection?? Picked the car up from Ok mobility only to be charged an extra €35 and €65 for crossing border into Austria as well as for roadside assistance further more the offered insurance which I declined to be told, if in accident they will not provide a report of repairs for my insurance

Once we stuck in a morning ice conditions. - key battery was law , we could not open the car after 1 hour walking outside. We changed the battery .

After that, the car performed very well. All this could have been avoided, if someone had given us the car and instructed us how to drive it.

Also - when we returned the vehicle - they verbally noted that the tank was returned full and there were do damages to the vehicle - They said they would return our deposit immediately - and I saw that the return was pending - but now it is no longer visible in my bank account - and we have not received repayment of our deposit - The whole payment process is unclear.

Pros: We were provided with a car with a damaged wheel, which we weren't aware of could have caused a potentially fatal accident. After having it pointed out by my brother, we called the rental company and it was confirmed by the towing company, that the car was never fit to be on the road!! It was towed right away but still waiting on correspondence from the provider days later. Called several times and asked at the service desk but deposit is still being held and no further information available!

He was very nice ,apologetic and assured me my next rental scheduled for December would be the car I had requested not upgraded to something I would not be comfortable driving.

A letter has been delivered to the OK Mobility Manager at Munich Airport and a copy of this letter will be posted to the CEO of Discover Cars upon my return to Australia I have a receipt for the letter in which I request compensation for a ruined holiday.

Cons: The access after a canceled flight to EASILY be able to get direct help from the desk or ANYONE for that matter to be able to cancel my first day booking because of the cancellation of my flight. I was there 24 hours later and my booking was not held. More personalized service from the desk to clear the booking would have been essential to the help, but the people only knew how to book a car or release a car. There should be a direct phone number at multiple places on the website. BAD JOB!!!!

Our flights back were cancelled and after calling OK mobility they insisted that we had to travel back to Munich airport to extend the car rental. This would have been a six hour round trip so unacceptable. However we didn’t do that and luckily the rep at Munich airport was very helpful and able to extend our booking on return of the car.

Cons: All flights were cancelled from munich airport on the return date so i had to fly from frankfurt and was charged more than the five days rental to return the car to a different location.

I was wrong, reported it to desk staff, said they would make note of it and only reported half the damages. Got charged for damages to a car that was dirty upon pick up, filthy cabin, rubbish left in boot. And to top it all off the service warning light came on not 50kms into the rental. Watch out for the scam at the return of 'just leave the keys in the car and head off for your flight'

I was then given another car and told that 2 wheel drive is safe and sufficient. I insisted on 4 wheel drive because I was going to be in the snow in the mountaibs, but was convinced that 2 wheel drive is safe and enough. Pros: I'm not sure if the fault was with Discovery or OK but see comment above - booked Peugeot 208 or equivalent to drive to Austria and instead of €204.19 had to pay €319.69 at time of pickup to get a VW Golf and drive to Austria - €115.50 more than I was quoted.

Pros: The agent at the desk was very friendly and clear. The car we got was new and clean and had a lot of extra equipment that we didn't count on.

Cons: They sent me at the garage and none was there to give me the car, so i was looking for it myself. Afterwards none was there to explain me how it works (lights, wippers etc) When i went for drop off i asked the office agent where to drop it off and he explained but it was very difficult to find it. If they provided map with the location would be better than nothing.
