Ok Mobility at Dubrovnik Airport

Pros: Very good service and very nice clean car

Pros: Efficiency of pick-up and drop-off, with online check-in.

Cons: Better clarity on the unexpected additional costs to take car out of Croatia.

Cons: Too many mismatches between discovers car conditions and ok mobility ones. Too burocracy. Wrong and approssimative information about country permissions, cross boarder and insurance extra fee. Good luck. The best is to choose directly a local supplier.

Pros: Staff were friendly and easy going and didn't make a fuss.

Pros: Once I got to them they were very friendly and efficient, the car was great and the drop off was very quick.

Cons: It took a long time to get my car, however I’m pretty sure this was due to the lack of preparation from some of their customers because when I got to the front of the queue, my pick up was swift.

Cons: The car we rented was not there and had been given away to someone else since our flight was delayed. The staff were rude and when asked about getting another car tried to charge 500euros extra. Do not use this company.

Pros: We were given a car with a flat tire. Then they sent us somewhere to fix that only took cash and did not have receipts. They said they would refund but did not.

Cons: They provide cars that are not safe to drive on and charged twice what was initially stated. And provide coverage that they do not stand behind. Then put you in the middle of nowhere and ask you to hand over cash.

Cons: Agents were never picking up phone and we had to wait at the desk for over 15mns to drop off car as no one was there

Cons: After few minutes of driving a warning light came up about tyre air pressure. Another warning then that the car was 'due service' 9 days prior! No water in windscreen wiper vessel. I had to pull into nearest garage and fix all these issues myself, apart from the 'Service due' which by the time I returned the car was then +21 days due!

Pros: Car was recent and ok mobility was easy to find. Car return was easy and fast.

Cons: At our pick up we had to wait for about 45 minutes to get our car.

Cons: It’s too long to go into. However what is really peeving is that I’ve tried to contact you and nobody is responding.

Pros: They were quick with checking out the car to us. They gave us a different car than we had ordered but it was a little bit more expensive so it worked out nicely.

Cons: The deposit was significantly higher than what was agreed to through discovercars.com (this is something others complained about too). The gas said “full to full”, we received it with a little over half of a tank. The car smelled of cigarette smoke and had an ash tray in it even though they had told us there was no smoking in the car. They showed up late for the day we were to return our car.

Pros: Our flight was delayed by 2 hours which meant we arrived at office 1.5 hours after closing time but they remained open to wait for us. We were still dealt with with a smile and a joke even at this late hour, also there was no pressure for extra insurance etc. Very smooth and painless, the car was almost new and spotless. Excellent service.

Pros: Good customer service. The agent in Dubrovnik did not show me returning the car to Zagreb, but after texting the copy of the voucher to the returning agent we were OK.

Cons: The navigation system in the car assigned to me had only two countries: Romania and Bucarest. I rented a car to travel through Croatia. In order to find my way around I had to access the international AT&T which cost me $10.00 a day for six routes (Dubrovnik, Montenegro, Dubrovnik, Split, Plitvice, and Zagreb totaling $60.00. I would like to have a price adjustment.

Cons: Early drop off charge was applied when there was no staff on site at that time. Procedure for Drop-off after hours was not clearly marked on Kiosk building outside airport. we waited for someone to turn up - which they didn't - and finally went back into the airport to thier closed office, where there was a hand written return key slot in the roller door - wasted an hour of my time in returning the keys. Whilst waiting I also called the contact number on the paperwork - unable to assist me.

Pros: Speed of picking up and dropping the car was my best ever, and I rent at least twice a year, the car was spotless.

Cons: The car was unsuitable for 5 people. Even though we'd spent half as much money again to book an SUV rather than a small car, the new model Opel Mokka we were given was ridiculously small inside and totally unsuitable for our four adults and child. Our passengers were very uncomfortable. This car is NOT equivalent to a Peugeot 2008 and SHOULD NOT be rented in the category of SUV, but small car. Our own Honda Jazz has larger internal capacity. We were terribly disappointed with the rental.

Pros: It took at long time at pick up. We left the airport over an hour after getting to the desk.
