Cons: Would have been good to have information about insurance when you book. We booked insurance from home and thougt that it was full insurance but when we picked up the car we was told that it was not enough. So it was more expensive to book insurance from Home, much better to do it when to pick up the car..

Pros: The car type was great and it was an upgrade from my side. The car was clean and tidy.

Cons: The car had no oil. During the hills in Croatia suddenly the red light turned on - turning to the nearby gas station I found out the car had no oil. I bought 1 kilo to make it to Zagreb but it shouldn't be like that. Checking Oil and water should be part of the checklist before sending the car.

Cons: The car was not clean, it had no washing liquid, had several bumps that impact the locking mechanism.

Cons: Practicaly forced to buy full insurance, as you're not accepting debit, or credit thats not visa. Car less than expected for 'elite' category.

Cons: The agent lady was Trying to charge me on everything. They charged me extra fee because it was a possibility for us to go on the Islands in Croatia. Also because we had to drop off the car before opening hours at the airport, they charged us an other extra fee….to put the Key in the Key in the Drop box ? As she said, we charge you on everything.

Pros: Price was ok originally but they hacked the price with "made up fees " exorbitantly high fees.

Cons: They will find any reason to charge you more.

Pros: Attendant was super patient with my questions and took his time watching the videos I made when returning the car. I was given a Dacia Sandero and liked it.

Cons: The condition of the car could have been better. It was somewhat dirty, full of scratches, some dents, and stained seats. The breaks were squeaking. I had to check the car myself upon picking it up and dropping it off. It made me nervous to be charged at the end if I didn't collect good enough evidence upon pick up. All ended well.

Cons: For us it’s better to have someone show us how some items work on the car. We tried using the navigation, which we paid extra for, it never worked.

Pros: Absolutely horrendous, car was not even cleaned, dusty inside out, they didn't had car seat and made me wait for an hour. Even after that car seat can't be fitted and I have to request them to come and help me out which took half an hour as they refusing to help and not willing to move a muscle. One of the worst car rental company and I would avoid them at any cost.

Cons: ...Dirty inside and outside like it was just dropped off by previous costumer.Muddy and greasy staines on back bench and carpet, dirt outside, empty tyre warning flash on.The agent tried to explain the tyres are fine and the flash is on because of air pressure changes outside but my first stop was petrol station and one of the tyres was on 1 bar.Front light was displaced but that damage wasn't stated in my contract so I had to called the agent to inspect and sign off the damage before I leave.

Cons: The staff are rude. The staff wh ois supposed to be in the car park is not there and I waited for 40 mins in the rain before the person appeared. I called the desk and they were not interested to help me and said I should stand outside the door and wait. The staff in the airport at the desk are rude and unconcerned about business - especially if you come with a discounted deal from companies like DIscoverCars.

Pros: Very conveniently located in Zagreb airport terminal, and car was a short walk away after picking up keys at rental desk. Car was very clean and in great condition.

Cons: Time spent picking up the car could be a bit more efficient since I previously provided all the information online when reserving the car. Otherwise, the experience with OK Mobility was great and I will use them again.

He then threatened to cancel the booking, leaving me stranded at the airport without a car in peak summer season unless I agreeed to sign the contract with his handwritten changes. When I asked to speak to customer service, he told me I could call them myself and wouldn’t even give me their phone number - look it up yourself. I told him I my cell phone wasn’t working, he didn’t care

Pros: I wouldn’t recommended it at all They let me to book two cars by the website but when I went to pick up the cars, the assistant told me that it is not possible to book two cars for the same person, nevertheless,discover cars allow me to pay. They made us pay 7 euros more daily for the car because of their mistake. Also, they show in the website that you can cancel de reservation until one day before the reservation,that’s fake,because I was reading it and they don’t give you the money back,

Cons: they keep your money for future rent a car with the same company . They say in their website that you need to make a 1150 euros for a deposit for each car, we have to gathered the amount in order to pay so much money for both cars and after so much inconveniences ,finally, the assistant told us that is not necessary to make this deposit . So it was terrible,I wouldn’t trust in this website for future trips.
