Pros: The condition of the car. It was clean inside and out. Once I found the the Ok Rent A car drop off site at fumicino airport it was easy to return the vehicle.

Cons: The OK Rent A Car at the Cimpino airport in Rome are underhanded and unethical. Upon arrival for pickup I was told of some obstinates ( written in extra fine print in the contact)which didn’t allow them to release a car to me. A long story short…after paying a extra 400.00 Euros I was given an automatic VW Golf.

Cons: The car was not sent out in roadworthy condition. There were warning lights on, which we were told to ignore, including a warning about requirement of AdBlue. This resulted in the car stopping and leaving us stranded. The roadside assistance service did not come out and because it was a Saturday afternoon in a small town we could not obtain AdBlue for a long while.

Cons: The car, a Renaul Twingo was ok, but it came it 6/7 lines of gas and after driving 4 minutes one line went down. Also there were NO liquid for washinfg the screen...i had to pay for that also and was a little bit danger on the road because I needed to was and there was no liquid...

Pros: Once we were finally picked up by the shuttle and driven to OK, the process was fine. The car was clean enough but had various damage/scratches from previous rentals. It was noted but I also took an overall video to make sure we weren’t blamed for any of it considering how it all began for us at the airport. The return of the car and check out went fine. Were driven back to the airport by the shuttle that was missing in action when we arrived!

Cons: No shuttle on arrival. No signage at airport. No designated area to stand at street to wait. Just where people told us they think it was. When the “agent himself” finally came to pick us up after several calls and almost 2 hours of waiting, he was nice enough but not hugely apologetic. Also, strange that he showed up in a competitors shuttle bus. I guess their own shuttle bus(es) weren’t available.

Pros: It was cheap

Cons: Staff were lazy, car was filthy inside and when this was brought up with staff they stated what do you expect it's a cheap rental. Staff provided another car which had slightly less dirty interior which we clean ourselves as staff would not. We had to find out own cleaning products to give it a wipe down. Car was mechanically fine

Pros: The price was good and additional driver was included.

Cons: Car was not clean, including rubbish in door pockets from previous clients. Car also had "emergency warning light" on permanently from pickup which the rental agent told us to ignore. We also had to ensure a fear-driven "hard sell" of extra cover. We have never had that from any other rental agency over many years.

Cons: they don't say where to get the shuttle service, I walked for 2 hrs in different parkings . NOBODY knows where they park. The store opens just 9. if you have to leave the car you're are screwed. var war dirty. they charged me 1250 euros for franchise but I had full coverage ( not cdw) she told me if i want to be dismissed of this 1250, should pay 30 bucks more per day( you must pay twice for insurance ). after you leave the car they will reimburse you after 15 days.

Pros: I liked the fact that I walked away from renting the car from the misnamed ' OK Cars'and thankfully was able to rent a car from a different company.

Cons: Hidden charges left and right. Trying to compel car renter to sign up for extremely expensive additional insurance. Insistence on upfront 1,400 credit card charge, (not just a block on the card) which would only be reimbursed 'several weeks after rental period'. A last minute policy notification that if the car broke down, the associated cost of getting and fixing the car would be attributable to me (unless I could prove it was their fault) and they would not replace the car.
