Ok Mobility at Nice Airport

Pros: We were able to change the car for a new one easily, when the air conditioning didn't work in the first one, which was really necessary. Easy and fast.

Cons: Ok mobility rep tried to put blame of existing scratch on us. luckily we had a photo. Also, felt tried to hard sell additional full coverage insurance even though I had paid full coverage through discover cars. Location wasn't in the airport even though I selected airport in search criteria.

Cons: We waited around for 40 min, of which the last 20 min the driver was running errands. Everyone was aware of heavy traffic. Our shortcut took an extra 30 min. Being dropped off at the arriving terminal instead of the departing terminal made our frantic run to the departing gate more difficult.

Cons: Hidden fees galore. They added several fees onto the rate that discover cars charged me and wouldn't let me rent the car without adding those fees. Damage to the car was not documented before pickup and they wouldn't let me amend the contract before taking the car. The inspection at the end was extensive and if not for taking photos and video they would have charged me for a lot of previous damage. Bordering on a complete scam

Cons: The staff were friendly but I feel it was a scam. They almost forced me to get the full coverage insurance, more than the cost of my rental. I had an international drivers license, but they claimed it wasn’t valid, and they said my credit card would t run the deposit needed, but somehow it ran the full amount for the insurance. Overall, it cost me 2x as much as I thought, the rental car property was off site and had no signage for the shuttle. Multiple people were waiting and confused.

Cons: Took me a long time to work out where to pick up their shuttle bus service to their office - while tired from v early flight, and in the heat with luggage etc. And then I finally arrived much later than I had reserved for and had another longish wait. And then finding my way back to the yard again a week later - that took me longer and more stress than it should have. Directions back should be clearly indicated in every vehicle/automatically accessible on the satnav.

When I returned the car, I filled it up to a 640 mile range. Not fair that I got a car 2/3 full but had to fill it up, or get charged more! I was hoping that the drop-off agent, Chanelz, will be able to give us some credit.... but have not received the final bill ye

Cons: Being asked for an additional €2,000 in case of damage, when we picked up the car.. Then having to pay and additional €600 for premium insurance to cover accidental damage, none of which was brought to our attention at the time of booking. What a nice start to our holiday. Total rip off.

Cons: We were told the airport shuttle went every 15 minutes. When we dropped the car off yesterday we learned that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. We had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle. There is no where to sit and no water fountain and we simply had to stand in the shadow of the building (it was very hot). If you are flying from the International terminal 1 at Nice airport you are dropped at terminal 2 and then you have to take the tram. Almost 1 hour from dropping car to arriving at terminal
