Ok Mobility at Istanbul Airport

Pros: I came to pick up the car the office was closed and had to wait for 25 minutes after a 10 hours flight until someone showed up.

Cons: I came to drop off the car at 4 am the office was closed and I messaged the office num no one responded to me. So I had to drop off the car and leave the keys inside and take the risk. I had to take pics and videos of the car and sent the to the office for proof of drop off. The car wasn’t clean inside.

Pros: Unfortunately, the employee treated me badly and cancelled for a reason that was not on the list and I did not see it. I wanted to see the condition and he refused. His treatment was extremely bad. I do not recommend it.

Pros: Fairly quick check in/check out process

Cons: Vehicle had a damaged rim which they would not change or exchange. Huge concern as we were planning a long road trip.

Pros: Friendly and efficiency rental agents.

Cons: there was no navigation option on the radio screen and that the language was only Turkish.

Pros: The rental desk documentation was very smooth without any additional charge. The didn’t try to get extra money for their own insurance and… also they upgraded car without extra money

Cons: Booked online. I was told they have no car for me. And refuse to refund my deposit.

Pros: Ok Mobility representative at the airport was very helpful, at time of returning the car I realised I had been overcharged so he gave me on the spot refund to my credit card.

Cons: At the time of picking up the car no ones was at the counter further more no one answered phone regardless of what number I rang. They can definitely improve on that.

Cons: Upon arriving at Terminal 1 to pick up the car, I was informed by the car rental company that they had no available cars. As a result, I was unable to obtain the rental car as booked. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid for this booking to be credited back to my account. Pros: So rude staff on airport desk , we were waiting nearly 20 min , he was no there, he was very rude and argumentative

Pros: full to full tank, prompt unblock of deposit on my credit card.

Cons: car was clean but the windows and dashboard required cleaning and dusting down.

Pros: Once you have the agent, they are friendly but cannot explain why they are forced to charge you for insurance when I clearly did not want it.

Cons: Being overcharged. More for insurance and deposit which I still do not have. Also, the car had tire issues for which I paid money but did not get reimbursed.

Pros: easy pick up /easy drop off the car

Cons: car was new 2023 .. but need some services like no water for wipers and vibration at speed otherwise the car is perfect

Cons: Slow leak in front right tyre denied by renter. Had to top up tyre pressure each day

Pros: Quick rental, pickup. Modern, ergonomic new car with extras in good condition and with only 19000km.

Cons: It is still blocked 725TLY out of the originally 7080TLY although they confirmed in written during checkout and also 24 hours after checkout that everything was fine. No email contact, just expensive telephone call options. I have contacted them via Facebook. Car could had been cleaner and was a smoking car. Discovercars was also informed but no feedback yet. If the issue is solved then I will updated this rating but I was requested by Discovercars to rate the rental until June 1.

Cons: Car wasn't full at pick up but plenty of fuel for what we needed. Took a while to work out invoice in Turkish but office got back to us

Cons: Payment of the car insurance value via the Internet with the reservation. When I arrived at the airport, the airport employee took the car insurance value again. Why did he refuse to deliver the car until after paying the additional insurance value?

Cons: The car was dusty on the outside Lane keeping system in the car when driving. I think it's good but I'm not used to it I wear a seat belt when driving. However, the car system sometimes shows that I do not put it on, so I have to stop and restart the engine to overcome this. Note: This only happened twice in four days

Pros: Nothing, they are laying, not respect the contract which has been sent , OK stolen my money by deducting money from my card by changing the contract

Pros: The agent at the service desk remembered me from a previous rental and gave me a free upgrade but had to take full insurance!

Cons: I had to wait for a long time for someone from Okmobility to turn up at the collection spot. My wife and weren’t happy at all as we had to wait for a long time and not even given an apology.

Pros: Eficiency

Cons: Disonesty off OkMobility or Discovercars. One off them make me pay a lot more money for the car.

Pros: No service

Cons: No agent at desk for more than half an hour

Pros: Price and service quality and mostly people kindness

Cons: Long time to finalize pick up
