Pros: They were not helpful in understanding that I had already paid Discover cars insurance, even saying that it is not valid. They didn't even take down my email address right, so I did not get the contract until I dropped the car off.

Cons: OK Mobility hard sell for extras at pick up. We were told car was brand new with no damage but when we found the car, it was scratched and alloys damaged. Took photos and returned to rental office but they would not amend rental agreement. Tried contacting them after by email and email rejected as mailbox full. Read the OKMobility reviews on trustpilot before considering using them, I wish I had. A big thank you to Discover Cars for following up with OKMobility to highlight the issue.

Pros: The girls who work for you are extremely pleasant. It is a pity they are told to try to sell the extra insurance cover and roadside recovery. If a customer wants this service they will ask for it at the time of booking.

Cons: The girls at Murcia work extremely hard. The only reason for the delay we experienced was that there should have been at least one more member of staff on duty. The girl that seems to do most of the airport transfers as well as receiving the cars at the end of the hire works particularly hard. When I pointed out to her how hard she was working, she told me she did not mind at all. Please give these girls and extra helping hand. They work so hard for you and never complain.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1500 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, EU countries.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher. ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

It is only possible to pay and leave a deposit using the same card.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is only possible to pay and leave a deposit using the same card.
If the customer wishes to use Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card, he/she will be required to purchase Super Insurance.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

American Express, Cash is/are not accepted.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Express Service.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery service costs from 20 EUR to 120 EUR, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 29 EUR refueling service charge.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge of 3 EUR per day, with a maximum charge of 30 EUR per rental. A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Spain.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 89 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 50 EUR.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
