Cons: Car was lost at pick-up point. Once we found it, it was blocked by other cars.

Pros: I landed an it said the buss picks me up every 15-30 mins an I waited 45 mins all the way till 9:45 an the buss didn’t come to pick me up to take me to ok mobility

Cons: The hidden fee. Needed more info. When I searched the car rental agency I chose this company because it hasdthe best price. After picking the car it offered a fully insurance that covers everything. I chose it. At this time the total price was more than the double of the simple rental price. When we arrived to pick up the car, the agent made me clear that the fully insurance covers every damage that You cause on the other car. The other insurance is very expensive but necessary.

Cons: We waited 2 hrs to get the car after a long trip with young children. 1 1/2 hrs just to get to the desk. Although contract said insurance covered, we had to pay 30 Eur. per day extra for insurance. Contract said pay at pick up 728.48 Eur., however we had to pay 1311.48 Eur.. After to days we had a warning that we had to add ad-blue or car would not start, cost 37 Eur. for what is a maintenance issue that should have been checked before we got the car.

Cons: They scammed us with a 310 eur full coverage on a 180eur rental on the spot, while we already paid 70eur for full coverage on the booking site. They claimed the full coverage bought only applied in the case of traffic accidents. We were lucky with the line, but after us we saw extremely long waiting line since everyone was scammed also.

Pros: The car we chose was comfortable and good. Large, with a good engine, which is very important on the slopes. The car was good value for money

Cons: Properly structured campaign work in reality is broken down by the work of people on the ground. Everyone works as they want and according to their own rules. We stood there for 2 hours before we got the car. We were convinced to buy unnecessary insurance for extra money. And they didn’t want to accept the car because of the cleanliness of the interior and traces of use of the car. There is not a word about this in the contract. Naturally, we first removed all the garbage from the car.

Cons: Shuffle bus in every 30 min?, it took too long time to get to the rental place. We missed our paid lunch at the hotel.

Pros: Faulty car was attended to quickly but given the fault was still there had to waste a day exchanging it particularly as the depot wasn't easy to find the first time we went back there.

Cons: They did exchange car though but the total cost of insurance was exorbitant and presented to you on pick up and nothing like the online advertised price!!

Cons: - Long waits for picking up car, mostly because they try to convince people to get additional and very expensive insurance from them - Many undocumented damages - Dropped of the car, representative said everything is ok, then next day received a damage claim, and 360 Eur taken from the credit card. There is no proof or photo of the damage, which makes it impossible to claim the full insurance from DiscoverCars. No result from calling customer service, still waiting for response from DiscoverCars

Cons: My reservation was canceled because I was late, because my flight was late. And I had no notification about that, also I did not receive any emails after getting the car with all details, I have paid more than expected. The insurance was not valid for rental company and I needed to buy another one from them.

Cons: The lady we met asked me for another €267 for insurance. I’d already paid the extra. She explained that if I didn’t take out the extra I would have to call the police if we had an accident. Well I would call the police. So why the extra money. When I refused the extra her attitude changed from happy smiley to dour. Apart from this young lady my experience with go mobility was fantastic

Cons: we queued for over 90 minutes to pick up the car, then got scammed out of 150euros. I have emailed you but have basically been told I didnt need to take it. It's not that straightforward when being told its useless and I will be liable for thousand's of euro's! I will not use your service again. you clearly do not vet the providers well enough!

Pros: I think they were flexible and handled everything very well. I was satisfied with the car I received it was an Opel Corsa automatic (2022) very good because of its size and easy turn capability on narrow space.

Cons: I was a little worried because the car had many small damages visible, more than 10. I do not know maybe the Fast and Furious of Tenerife drove the car before, but these should be well documented so I created many photos that came handy when I returned the car. So just in case always create photos and videos about the car condition. Besides theses scratches the car was in an excellent condition.

Cons: Picking up the car was a complete nightmare and took hours and hours! Both getting the bus to the car rental location and then the service at the desk was the slowest I have ever experienced. It started the holiday off on a very bad note.

Threaten you if you don't get "full" coverage, withhold contract info, and then charge you hundreds of dollars for insignificant damage that mysteriously wasn't on the contract once they finally give it to you. Some other customers were stranded because they didn't have a credit card that wasn't "debit." Terrible experience that marred an otherwise amazing trip.

Cons: Even though I took out full insurance, in the end they wanted to block a larger amount of money on my card at the rental company. If there was an accident, the rental company would withdraw this amount from me and I would have to claim it from the insurance company. I don't like this procedure.

Cons: My car had a scratch and I wasn’t told if that was already there so I made photo s just in case but I would have wanted to know in advance if there was already a notice about the scratch so I didn’t have to worry they would charge me. ( they didn’t but I was worried a bit )

Pros: The vehicle was new, in very good technical condition, clean. And the return was fast and in two days I received back the guarantee.

Cons: It took a long time to take over the car, I did not receive the rental contract immediately. I was also asked for a fee of 15 euros for road assistance services.

Cons: when picking up the car, there was a queue for about 10 people, but due to the company's unclear policy (need to buy insurance or leave a high deposit), it took a long time because every customer was arguing with the service.

Pros: The people were nice. It was very hard to find mobility as i thought the rental car company car was called discovery cars. Too much hassle to find the rental bus that was going to pick up as couldn’t find discovery cars and nobody has heard of it.
