Pros: The car itself was great. Very new and clean and had built in sat nav and everything to make driving comfortable and easy. The representative at drop off listened to our issue we had and was apologetic and helpful with ensuring our deposit was returned.
Cons: At pick up we had a trainee on her second day. I can understand that a trainee needs to learn but it would have been helpful to have an extra staff member there to help her as the manager was dealing with other clients and our trainee definitely needed more support. It took us almost an hour, to pick up the car with an exhausted 3-year-old with us. We were also told that the car tank would be full and should return full but it only had 30km of petrol left when we got inside!

Pros: Our agent at pick up was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very efficient at getting all the paperwork done.
Cons: It was hard to find both pick up and drop off locations. I European cities the street signs are very hard to find. The drop off location for our vehicle could have easily been confused for a car park. We had to ask around to different people in the area to see if it was in fact inside the carpark.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1500 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, EU countries.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 29 EUR refueling service charge.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge of 3 EUR per day, with a maximum charge of 30 EUR per rental. A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
