Cons: When I arrived at the rental car establishment there was one agent at the desk and multiple people in the back of the office not helping customers. The Manager was rude and clocked out and left one agent to handle approx. 8 people that came in as I was leaving. EVERYONE in line had the same insurance bait and switch issue when I rented the car and dropped it off. This is such a sham!!!

Pros: We went with this company because the price was a little bit cheaper than the other car rental agencies.
Cons: Did not like being forced to use their car insurance when we had our own perfectly good car insurance.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 970.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Airport surcharge, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Energy recovery fee, VAT (value added tax), State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee.
E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.
Prepaid tolls are available for 14.00 USD per day.
If the customer declines Sunpass, a penalty of 16.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply. If the customer removes Sunpass from the car, an additional penalty of 268 USD will apply.

Additional information
All vehicles are equipped with an electronic toll device. This service allows automatic payment of all fees due for passing through any electronic toll barrier. Toll expenses will be automatically paid by credit card without any additional cost.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
