Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. Complete con artists. Read the TripAdvisor reviews for Next Auto Rent Romania. They are the same company. Car returned with nothing wrong with it yet he went round the car numerous times to try and find the tiniest stone chips which we're likely there when the car was collected but not noted down as they were barely visible with the human eye!! Would recommend hitch hiking over hiring a car from this bunch of criminals

Cons: Didn’t meet us at the arrival time/location. Didn’t take our cards (needed a credit card, not debit or AMEX). The Optimorent operative was insulting when I offered to pay by AMEX.

Pros: Nothing. Their prices are attractive but it looks like it’s a scam. No matter what you do, they will find some damage and charge you for it
Cons: We had to wait one hour at the meeting point until the rental agent came to pick us up. Additionally, it was the First time in my life that I was requested to wash the car before returning it, otherwise there will a 20 euro return fee. Also we were charged for damage that I’m pretty sure was not caused by us.

Pros: Absolutely nothing, the car was junk and falling apart. DO NOT USE OPTIMO RENT.
Cons: They are crooks - stay away and don't use them! I'm serious, if you're looking to rent a car in Romania, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will swindle you for all the money they can. Stay away from them and choose a more well-known rental provider. DO NOT USE OPTIMO RENT!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Customers not resident in EU countries are required to present the following document(s): International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
