Cons: The company employee asked me to remind him of the car return date before the dropping off day, and when I called him, he asked me again to remind him on the morning of the delivery day. on dropping off day I tried to call him but no answer, and after waiting for a time with my wife and children in the car parking area under the sun he answered the phone -sounded sleepy- and told me that he would not come and i have to leave the car open in the airport car parking with the key and papers inside

Cons: I called them maybe 30x. Then I had friends and airport staff call them. The guy finally picked up and hung up on everyone. I could find the location. I called for the last time and someone picked up and said he doesn’t do the business. I later possible found the place but it was shady. The guy was being yelled at by some woman saying he changed the price. Any question I asked him he wasn’t answering them. He only wanted my card. I truly thought this man was going to traffic me.

Cons: I was told that my visa card is not valid to secure the deposit ammount, without even trying it on the machine. So the got me to pay 80eur to reduce the deposit ammount from 1400eur to 600eur, and i'm quite sure that my card would work fine to secure the deposit without paying extra 80eur. Otherwise everything worked fine.

Pros: Easy communication with representative. Quick process both at pick up and drop-off of car. The 14000 deposit left at pickup was promply returned after car inspection on drop-off. We were asked to make a quick video of the car to double check for dents/scratches apon drop-off. Everything went smoothly.

Cons: the car was completely broken. No AC, no radio, the gas meter didn't work, the car was old when we were promised a new one on the website. Completely ruined our trip to Morocco as we did a roadtrip in 45 degrees with no air conditioning.

Pros: THis is the first part of "why you didn't..." As stated above, the whole process of picking up and dropping off the rental car is very difficult and needs a lot of attention to sustain. For a first time Western tourist used to walking up to a desk and transacting the rental car, this would have been a nightmare.

Cons: First of all, the agent was nowhere to be found according to instructions. I called the number on the contract and was instructed that he was on his way and to allow for 5-10 min. 30 minutes later, I was still standing outside the airport in the cold weather waiting for the agent who finally showed up after several calls and blamed the weather for his delay. This was unacceptable!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1400.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services

Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
There is a charge of 30 EUR per rental per driver.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges. If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 10 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
Additional information

An administrative fee of 60 EUR will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
A damage administration fee of 150 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 61 EUR.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
