Pros: I landed at 3:30pm and i didn’t get my car until 5:30pm after I had someone call on my behalf. This vendor doesn’t have a boot at the airport or a point of contact to pick up the car.
Cons: They tried to charge me 68 euros for dropping the care earlier, they don’t have a Dropbox for the key and they are inflexible and very aggressive and rude to their customers. They’re not local to Marrakech and they do business from Casablanca.
Pros: I rented my car with optimorent and the agent was terrible not professional at all. At pick up time the agent wasn't there I had to call him many times to found out that he was asleep which put me in a position were I could have missed my flight. He also ask me to pay 300 moroccan dirhams to clean the car. I rented so many cars before and never they ask me to clean the car. Anyway do not rent with optimorent the agents are terrible.
Cons: The agent took 1hour to give us the car as he was arguing with an other customer and when finished with them he started talking on the phone with friends. I had a really bad experience never renting with optimorent anymore.
Pros: I did not get a car as arranged through you as we had no verification code, no idea which car hire company to pick up car. I checked with all providers, not one had my details. Cons: Rude customer service, dirty - filthy car, hidden fees, no concern for wellbeing of customer, tardiness and lateness, intentionally trying to extort money and more details below.
Pros: Nice car, almost new.
Cons: I was waiting at the airport for someone to Pick me up but nobody came. After 20 minutes I called the agency and they were mad of me because I was 20 minutes to late 😳. At the voucher was noticed that someone will pick me up the tha labe Optimorent. I showed hom the voucher and the info about the picking up, but he refused it.

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
There is a charge of 30 EUR per rental per driver.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
An administrative fee of 60 EUR will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
A damage administration fee of 150 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
