Cons: I signed up on discover cars and was given a price and insurance, then when I got to the counter, they didn't even have the price I was given, they DID NOT deduct the $65 I left when I ordered the car either so I wound up paying over $150 more! They said it was because I changed insurance from my credit card to their plan, but didn't even have that paperwork which I don't believe because they had my name, type of car, and other information to rent to me. HATED THE ENTIRE PROCESS.

Pros: The initial contact was great and pickup from the airport upon my arrival.

Cons: Insurance rates, deposit rates and response time regarding the return of the rental car. I also have to leave the rental at the long term parking at the airport at my expense because my departure flight was in the early am. 7:05am to be exact.

Pros: Nothing because we went to rent a car and they left us strand less with a 10 month old baby. They charged us for a service that was never used.

Cons: Unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate us during this covid crisis. And nowhere on there website was there written that they do not accept NJM car insurance. This company is completely a joke and highly recommend against using they. They ruined our trip and we were left without transportation for the week.

Cons: My plane was delayed and did not get into Ft. Lauderdale until 10pm. When I called, they said they closed at 9pm. Unacceptable. I wound up spending 300 dollars for a car, but at least I got one. I am applying to American Express for a refund.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 4720.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 15 EUR per day.
Please note, that it is difficult to avoid Toll Roads while driving in Florida State, so it is highly recommended to activate Toll Device offered by the provider in order to avoid violation charges (up to the full amount of security deposit). Note that it is not possible to use personal Toll device or pay on spot.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
