Pros: Very little

Cons: - they are extremely rude, defensive, argumentative, aggressive and condescending. No customer service skills or friendliness whatsover - appeared basically annoyed I had booked it for so cheap so charged me for a late fee of €25 even though I was in the grace period, and when they realised I didnt have a credit card, suggested a price for their "super insurance" which was 20x the original price, without outlining where that cost had come from - nor willing to explain the reasoning. - Awful

Pros: Per 15 minuti di ritardo oltre l'orario di chiusura per il ritiro dell'auto dovuto al ritardo dell'aereo hanno avuto il coraggio di farmi pagare un extra di 45 euro... Poi mi hanno sbattuto fuori il loro garage senza farmi controllare eventuali danni pregressi dell'auto...e nella fretta non mi hanno dato il seggiolino che avevo richiesto costringendomi a tornare il giorno dopo. Non parlo delle assicurazioni in più che mi hanno caldamente consigliato raddoppia do il costo iniziale.

Of course i took extra insurance whitch cost 140 euro and two boosters for childs, but i paid fine 50 euro, because nobody told me that when i drop off car i must give a receipt and i had a one bar less of fuel. Pros: Nothing! This was a substitute provided by DiscoverCars and it was the worst experience of my life!

Cons: Everything! They are scammers who have really bad rep in Malta as they cheat and scam people out of money by having hidden damages on cars that they reveal upon returning the car. Who goes on their knees to look under the car when they hire one? The rep never did that when we picked the car up and when I said that, we were chased out of the place and charged €625!

Cons: The car was smaller than the specification. That specific car was offered to a cheaper price. We purchased the Insurance coverage with Discovercars, but the local OptimoRent didn't accepted it, and we had to pay the deposit, which we haven't received back after almost 3 weeks after the return. The software of the GPS was well outdated. With about 250km drive, we were navigated about 20 times the wrong way into one-way streets. In addition, it lead us through dirt roads! Terrible experience
