Pros: There's nothing I like.

Cons: Very bad. The website said there was a shuttle service, but I waited for 20 mins and it didn't come. Plus, after calling the agent how long should I wait for the shuttle, the first agent said she will sent the shuttle right away, and the second agent said I either cancel the reservation or wait for another 2 hours for available rental cars.

Cons: When checking in to rent car we were informed of what personal insurance companies Optimo would accept. If we didn't have any of these the rental would be 29 plus change almost 30 dollars a day more to purchase Optimo's insurance. While trying to resolve our issue another reservationist came in and have similar and more issues. They cancel and ubered out. We ubered out and came back the next day with proof of insurance that Optimo would accept. Wow no one wants surprises at the start of a trip.

Pros: Did not like anything.

Cons: They were the cheapest online but when it got to actually being there and paying for it-It went from 370 to 590. We just bought a new car from a dealership in my home state so we have to have full coverage insurance. Our insurance was not good enough for them so we had to buy insurance for the rental car which we are not used to having to do with other rental car places. The outside of the car was so dirty but they charge almost 20 dollars for a “cleaning/sanitizing” fee.

Pros: Great explanation of rental agreement.

Cons: Airport pickup was disconcerting! For one hour we both called numbers on contract . Phone wasn’t answered. A different car rental guy tried calling and was frustrated for us. He asked a hotel bus to take us and difficult to find the place. We were going to a funeral in Florida so time is of the essence. Better signage would have helped find the building.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 4720.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 15 EUR per day.
Please note, that it is difficult to avoid Toll Roads while driving in Florida State, so it is highly recommended to activate Toll Device offered by the provider in order to avoid violation charges (up to the full amount of security deposit). Note that it is not possible to use personal Toll device or pay on spot.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
