Cons: Only negative thing was you had to call them because the service desk was empty and they had gotten the wrong child seat (too big) even though we had specified the size of the child beforehand. The assistant didn’t think there was any difference but luckily we found another one that fit in their storage.

Cons: I paid extra for a higher grade car but was given a basic Economy model that if I'd just chosen when making the reservation, would have saved me money. Also I paid extra for a GPS which was absolute garbage and kept (as in multiple times) giving me bad directions

Pros: It was easy to find the counter at the airport terminal. The car was clean and they gave me an upgrade (slightly bigger car from the one ordered)
Cons: One headlight did not function and the wiper blades need to be replaced. The guy who oriented us about the car was a part time student and there were a few things he didn't know about the car..

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1100.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.

It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 31 days.
