Cons: Half way through our trip the brakes on the vehicle started grinding. Meaning that it wasn’t checked properly before we took the vehicle. On return they checked the vehicle and said everything was exactly how it was when we received the vehicle. I never received my deposit back at the car rental office. And I’ve looked at my credit card statement this morning and they’ve taken £350. I paid the extra money for the full insurance cover of up to £2500 and yet they have not returned my deposit.

Pros: The car was unacceptable condition, was very old, the tyres air was very low, sits cover was torn, externaly was damaged also it was ver small. At the given information said 4 bags can fit but we weren’t able to fit even 1 bag. Besides that it was expensive. We had to have a taxi for our luggages, I have never had this kind of bad experience in my life. The staff was very unfriendly and unsupportive.

Pros: It was easy to obtain the car, they have office just outside dalaman airport.

Cons: The car was 9 seater Renault Traffic, in advert it said it could fit 4 luggages but i could fit 4 small bags. They gave me the old model and lots of body damages. I expected a newer model at least as I paid good money for daily charge. Air condition gas was running out by end of hire.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 295.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 60.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

For vehicles in groups Standard, Minivan a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 59 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
