Cons: They request 24 hours to send the receipt of return after the car was returned. That means they could claim anything (car damage, etc) after I left. To be transparent they should give a receipt straight after the car is returned and inspected by their agent.

Cons: It was unclear where to find the airport shuttle. When we arrived, we received ticket numbers but we didn’t know there was a screen based on where we were sitting in the office and kept waiting for our number to be called. We missed our turn which meant our wait was super long and added unnecessary stress. Make sure instructions are clear. Put up a sign where you get your ticket. I received multiple calls asking me WHICH car I had. This led to international call fees.

Cons: Drop off AWFUL! The person who completed the drop off seemed to be primed for finding damage, delivering the news and taking the abuse. We were not rude to her but did question as the chip she found in the bumper was almost invisible to the naked eye. But yes, as she said… Damage is damage… It is costing €350 for the repair. A tad extortionate for a chip maybe 2mm in diameter.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Minivan a driver license valid for at least 4 years is required.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Electron, Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
If the customer wishes to use Visa Electron, Cash, Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card, he/she will be required to purchase Super Insurance.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
