Pros: Good value for money. Car with some mileage on the clock but serviced well. Good customer service finding the final way for drop off.
Cons: Sticker at Arcana Airport - follow the busses. Just a minor one. Got lost but mine fault.

Cons: The price is too expensive considering the general condition and quality of the vehicle. I expected a better vehicle for such a price.
Pros: The flight was delayed and I took next flight it was about 2-3h delaying not because of me,,my brother who was in first flight and was in the airport saw the Agent and told him that I am coming, the agent told my brother that he will not wait for me and give telephone number to call when I arrived ..when I arrived the Agent did not answer my calling ! And did not try to contact me or bring the car!!

A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 98 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
