Cons: Long meet up waiting time. The car front driver side windshield has a huge crack, clearly the agent knows and still give this car to us without putting on the report initially. He told us to take a picture as a record after we found out about the windshield crack, never offer us to change vehicle. The windshield crack got worse during the rental time. It is super dangerous to drive in rural areas with a car in this condition.

Pros: The team at Pandora were excellent. They were very communicative and they tried to help us with the gas engagement issue. They also allowed us to extend the rental, and they returned an item forgotten in the car to the airport after they dropped us off. They were excellent, and all very professional.
Cons: The condition of the car was very bad, and we were informed that the same issue had been reported in the vehicle the week before. This car issue caused disruption in our vacation, and the car should not have been rented in that condition.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
