Pros: Pandora service was pretty good. and the car was pretty good.it was good value for money.

Cons: It took a little bit too long for the car representative to come to the airport to collect us - he wasn't on time. Their toll charging system wasn't good. Other companies charged us the actual cost of tolls plus 20% processing charge (I think this is reasonable). Pandora work out the tolls at the time of return and then double that cost to cover additional tolls that may come in and then add their service charge. I didn't think it was a fair system.

Cons: I was charged for traveling on toll roads even though I purchased a premium voucher which includes free travel on toll roads. The car arrived with no fuel at all so I had to refuel it. The employee of the place tried to sell me comprehensive insurance, while trying to scare me even though I already had comprehensive insurance when I purchased the voucher

Cons: L'autonera di bassa cilindrata e a benzina,.nonostante non abbia prenotato un'auto base. Il router wi-fi ad un tratto ha smesso d funzionare, ma il problema è stato risolto entro le 24 ore. Abbiamo atteso un po' in aeroporto per il pick-up e aspettato un po' quando abbiamo lasciato l'auto, l'ufficio era chiuso.

Cons: We rent a car in Istanbul Sabiha Gocken airport (asian side) and WE DONT RECOMMEND YOU TO DO THE SAME !!! Or at least if you do, please be careful with the personal of Pandora, they will try : - to tell you to book an insurance even if you already booked a full insurance on DiscoverCars - to make you pay a "deposit" that will then be written as an insurance on the bill paper you sign at the reception of the car - to make you pay highway fee that are from before the date you start the car rent

Cons: The car they gave us was not the car we wanted, it was a different brand and a lot less powerful car (Fiat Egea instead of Peugeot 301). They asked for more money when we were picking up the car than it was agreed. They didn't speak English. They gave us a car with an almost empty gas tank.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
HGS is an optional service for toll roads. HGS is mandatory for Istanbul and Izmir.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Mini a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Intermediate, Fullsize, Wagons, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Premium a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information, boarding pass, Country entry stamp that is not older than 4 months.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
