Cons: Nothing felt very reassuring: - no real office for vehicle pick up and no vehicle inspection when we pick it - I had to give the codes of my credit card for deposit (the agent wrote it on a paper), not sure this is normal - no real agency name: Pandora on the contract, Oscar rental car on the t-shirt of the agent, Anatolya rental car on the key of the car, Central rental car at the agency to give it back - Car return very confusing (address, contact...)

Pros: Nothing at all - rep was very late in delivering the car, and no rep at all to pick up the car - had to abandon the car at the airport after waiting for over an hour for the rep to collect it (and nearly missing our flight home) - it took over £10 in phone calls to try and find out what was happening, and in the event after that, the company didn't send anyone to pick it up anyway, requesting that we drive the car to a different part of the airport (from the agreed drop off point).

Cons: The car did not include the GPS that I had requested, and although I got a refund for the GPS amount, I then had to buy data in order to use my phone to plot destinations and routes. Car was also badly damaged, with lots of dents, scratches and the rear panel hanging off. It was also unreliable, refusing to start on occasion, and the brakes were not good. In combination with the comments in the previous section, would never use this site again.

Cons: We paid a premium for a larger and more powerful car as our party was going to be 4 adults & 1 child. Due to ill health 2 adults could not come. The car was barely big enough for 2 adults & 2 child plus luggage. It was shabby & lacked power.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
HGS is an optional service for toll roads. HGS is mandatory for Istanbul and Izmir.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Mini a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Intermediate, Fullsize, Wagons, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Premium a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information, boarding pass, Country entry stamp that is not older than 4 months.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
