Cons: Car had no reversing camera or Bluetooth; car had scratches on windscreen on pickup.

Cons: Like I said it was the worst experience of extortion for a rental I have experienced! They charged extra for everything. The booster seat for the girl, the baby seat for the baby. I could not drive because I am over 69 and they would charge me extra. I am like a 50 year old with an impeccable driving record….but my son had to do all the driving. They charged extra for GPS so we declined. One day driving GPS came up on the dash by itself - so they charged us another $79 for that ! YUCK!!!!

Cons: *They lied about having to have insurance with them. *We had to wait an HOUR for our car to be ready. *As we had already paid full insurance to DiscoverCars and Pandora refused to give us the car without buying THEIR insurance, and we were already late because of their delay getting the car ready, and we were collecting the car in some industrial area in Istanbul, we had no choice but to pay the extra 150 euro insurance fee. This is clearly EXTORTION by YOUR business partner!

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Mini a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Intermediate, Fullsize, Wagons, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Premium a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information, boarding pass, Country entry stamp that is not older than 4 months.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Additional charges will be applied.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
